Chill’s mission is to inspire young people through boardsports and build a more equitable outdoor community. Chill seeks to expand its Board of Directors with individuals who hold a commitment to equity, share a deep passion for our mission, represent shared identities and geographic diversity of our program participants across the cities we operate in throughout North America. The Board of Directors provides mission-based leadership and strategic governance. The Board plays an essential role in organizational oversight, strategic & financial planning, fundraising, and community engagement.
