Em was born in New Mexico but grew up mostly in central New York. After graduating from UVM with a B.S in Food Science, she spent the next 5 years working in the beer industry as a Sensory Scientist/Lab Tech for a world class brewery in Hood River, Oregon. After romping all over the PNW, Em moved back to the Vermont. She loves to ride, mountain bike, and have as much fun as possible with good friends.
